RENAISSANCE 2.0 — THE DIGITAL EVOLUTION OF ART

By Charlesai

As an artist, I’m interested in the intersection of technology and art. My latest collection, Renaissance 2.0 focuses on the ways AI, NFTs, the Metaverse, and Augmented Reality are shaping the future of museums and galleries. Each piece provides a glimpse into a world where art exists in multiple forms and dimensions. The work highlights the potential of these new technologies to revolutionize the way we engage with art, creating a new means of experience for creators and audiences alike. It is depicted in a Greco-Roman theme, a deliberate reference to the early Renaissance, drawing parallel to our current Renaissance where the convergence of technology and art gives rise to new possibilities.

Charlesai (@HODLFrance) is a French AI artist. In working with this new medium, he aims to break free from the constraints of traditional art forms and realize his own artistic vision.

Already widely exhibited among notable galleries and international shows including, MoCA, IHAM, The Fauve Paris auction house, Diapo Gallery, and Art Basel Miami, @HODLFrance has become an established name in the space, and an authority on AI. Inspiring discussion of the creative process and ethical considerations surrounding AI, his works can now be found as part of the curriculum in various institutions including the Accademia di Belle Arti di Venezia, the National Institute of Design, and NYU Tisch School of the Arts. Playing a leading role in AI’s evolution, his work shapes the discussion on the future of art.

He counts Cozomo as one of his collectors and his work was most recently exhibited in the Medici Collection, an exhibition in partnership with Ninfa Labs in Milan.

“As a curator, I’m always excited about artists who bring a sense of newness to the art world. I am thrilled to work with Charlesai, whose work embodies this spirit of innovation and experimentation. His approach is thoughtful and distinct, as he seamlessly blends technology and art to create pieces that are both visually stunning and thought-provoking.

One of the things that sets Charlesai apart is his ability to create work that is aesthetically pleasing and conceptually rich. I am confident our collectors will be equally enthusiastic about this new release, and I look forward to seeing how they respond to Charlesai’s first Fount Gallery release.”
